This could mean many things, and thus could lead to many suggestions which may or may not apply to your inquiry.
Please expand on what you have now and what you're looking for.
It would help if you could tell us if you have service or not, when you lost service if you did, and what steps you have taken to address your issue.

Can you provide more details about what the issue is with your account?
Did you forget your username? If so look through your email accounts for the Welcome message from Public Mobile.
Did you forget your password? Try the Forgot your password link.
