I recently changed my phone number through public mobile online services and now my phone is no longer working at all

hi @JessicaMarsh so, you said your phone works when you have Wifi? you meant just for the data?
how about inbound/outbound calls? they dont need wifi and wifi cannot help either
can you confirm what works and what not? The PM sim connected to PM network at all??

So you did port your number first and then tried to change existing number? Is that correct?
It used to be you are allowed to change your number 4 times during the billing period. I am not sure if there a waiting period between number change so changing number on day #1 and then changing it on day #2 might not work or it might cause some issues.

It's the data that is not working? If so, maybe you need to update the APN settings?

my original phone number transfer worked. when I did it this time it swapped the number on my phone settings but now it will not work at all away from wifi. I have restarted my phone 10 times and have reset network settings at least 10 times

@JessicaMarsh when you changed your phone number originally, did it work? Did you see the new number show up when you called someone?
Did you log into your account and checked the status today? You can also call 1 855 4public from another phone to check the status of your account.
