Last week I had a problem with my Credit Card not being able to be verified by public mobile. this was corrected by an agent. Now nmy phone says its not registered on network. What next ??? . How do I correct this??

Went into my account and it says I'm registered for dynamic autopay. Everything looks good.

@iainr don't just assume it is active. Login My Account and check
For blacklist, check it and confirm.

Don't have another phone. Account appears to be and should be active. Have been using this phone for about 2 years now with very light use.
