In your self service account, there is a light orange Logout icon, press that icon and you will logout of your account.

Can not log out of what? 

@Brian007 Does the plan you are on have a limited number of texts and/or calls?
What is your next plan renewal date? Just putting money in your account does not immediately renew your plan.

@Brian007 If you want to try the lost/stolen trick go into your self-serve account, report your phone as lost/stolen, log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and report it found, then restart your phone.
