hi there

I have been with public mobile since Jan 27th, 2019. I have noticed that my bill payment due date keep changing every month as follow: I started on Feb 26 up till today I am paying by Feb 15. so it looks like I am paying the same amount but in less days!!! so how come that my payments due date is not fixed ? this is an urgent issue I want an answer for immediately or otherwise I will terminate my service.

My account #: 100xxxxxxxxxx

my email address:xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx

The dynamic part means that the amount charged adjusts based on the avialable balance already in the accont.

In the run of 1 full year, you will find your due date 'fall back' by about 5 days.

This is because Public Mobile bills on 30-day rotating cycles, and with 7 months of the year having 31 days, this is why.

Common question by alot of folks - no worries.

Public mobile payment cycles is every 30 days, not monthly.  That is way the due date changes each month depending if the month has 30, 31 or even 28 days.
