@DZIAN you have no access to My Account? as in password issue? Try to reset the password or open ticket with PM support to get the password reset
you can also call *611 or 1.855.4PUBLIC and then make payment if you know the 4 digits pin
What you meant by you need to pay 2 dollars for more info? you meant your amount due is $2?

If you're using vouchers to pay then you don't need to worry about the registered card. You'll still get the $2 reward even though you don't the card and even though it's expired.
What recording do you get when you dial 611?

I have been purchasing voucher in stores for 2 years now .I simply need to change my credit card number and cannot access the account

@DZIAN If you need to make a payment urgently, while trying to sort out/get help from PM customer support with your CC, then you could purchase a voucher for the time being.
They're available from most retailers, gas/convenience store and then add it via the 611 service (make sure to enter the correct 12 digit voucher PIN). Another option for immediate payment is recharge.com but they charge a small fee for the convenience.

The account might be only temporarily locked for an hour due to too many (5) attempts. You might want to wait an hour and try again.
If you are positive, you entered id/pass correctly before being locked out, try different browser.
If you still have issue logging in, try the Forgot password link to reset the password. You will need to answer security questions, though.
If you don't know the answer to the security questions, you can open a ticket with mod to have it reset.
Please define 'the process jams up'. What message do you get?

Have you tried the "Forgot password" feature?
Sometimes, when you tried too many times unsuccessfully, you could be locked out. Try again after ~1 hour.

Not sure if you have tried the Forgot Password link yet,. You will have to enter the email address used. They will ask you a security question after.
If you are still unable to get your password reset, open a ticket with PM and they can sort it out for you.
