now my text to the United States that I pay monthly is not functioning and I have no access to my account, I tried again this evening many times and than I am asked to pay 2 dollars to get more info

I have been purchasing voucher in stores for 2 years now .I simply need to change my credit card number and cannot access the account

I did the forgotten password and 24 hours later I am still locked up 

I have clicked forgotten password this is where the process jams up
