Hey I wanted to select one kf the promotional offers for black Friday but my account did t have enough on it to do so. I got a payment voucher and it wouldn't let me submit it without paying for the old plan that I already had but I wad trying to switch plans and I could only do that kf the money was in my account. It ended up paying for the old one and not giving me the features I wanted as well as not even actually gojng through at all so I have l service at all and I just put more than enough for either of those two plans on here. Help?

It said accepted on the app but it never went into my balance

where you got your voucher? and when? vouchers could take 24 hours to become active
you can also try to put in voucher by using *611
