I had been with public mobile more than 5 years. I had been paying $10 monthly but now it charged me $15.Can you help me for this. My mobile number is 780-xxx-xxxx

you were wondering where the autopay/loyalty discount/friend rewards gone?   PM has ended that old system and moved everyone to the new Public Points!!

So, now you have to pay full price first and PM will give you back points after.  Instead of loyalty rewards monthly, you get 10 points per year on your anniversary date with Public Mobile.  Instead of $2 autopay discount, you get 5% of your plan in points.  

And the points are useful to reduce the bill. After you got 15+ points, you will go to rewards site to redeem 15 points for $15 bill credit

You should not post your phone number -click edit and remove it asap .  spammers may get a hold of it and start to annoy. 

with regards to the price increase. Pm have obviously updated their pricing and awards  programs. Nothing can be done about it other than finding a less expensive plan with another carrier. Good luck.

There was a change in the points/reward system back in May.  Thats why your amount for payment changed.  Please remive your cell # we are all customers just like you.  Do not post personal information
