1. not sure why my payment your end can not charge for my 2nd month usage.
2. I even want to reset my password or register my a/c, your website never let me go it.
Please resume my plan ASAP

I just tested the reset password on my a/c using Chrome browser on my phone as my laptop is mot with me.
I selected to use SMS to received a code.
I received PM reset password code within 30 seconds. I stop without go through actually going through to change my password.
Which stage of password change you had issue?
I can help you now or you can wait until tomorrow morning to get help from CS Agent by creating a support ticket.

@yuchunwang Can you buy a voucher, as already advised, from one of the retailers?
Shoppers Drugmart, 7/11, London Drugs or Shell sell vouchers that can be added to the account by dialing 611 on your phone. There's also recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee.
Then you have more time to reset your password for account access. Did you get the password reset email? I think there's a limited time to reset after receiving the email. You can request another if you missed the first or had problems resetting the password.

HI @yuchunwang We are just customers like you. If you want to get back the access, open the ticket ASAP, the earlier your ticket open , the earlier it can get resolved
if you just want to get the service back first, buy a voucher form stores and load it via *611. You can buy vouchers from Shoppers Drug Mart or Shell, those vouchers can be loaded immediately

I failed to access my a/c so tried to reset password but stil won't let me...
pls help me to 1. reset password so I may log in.
2. once log in, I can do manual payment ASAP.
since your auto payment got issue to process...

Try clearing your browser cache and history and then go incognito to reset your password.

Probably Pre-Authorized payment failed
You tried Reset Password and didn't work?
Open ticket with PM CS agent and try to get back into My Account first
To open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot., type Forgot Login Password and follow the steps
If unable to get through that to open ticket, message them to open ticket

Are you on autopay and your services are not working? If yes go into self service and make a manual payment for the cost of your plan. Choose other from the drop down and enter amount.
