Alternative is to go to top of this page and click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of moderate assistance.
When the mods respond, you'll see the little envelop icon on top right side of the page is highlighted.

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "payment refund/unknown charges"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response
if it's not allowing you to submit a ticket then follow these instructions. some categories aren't working properly for SIMon
after the page opens, click the dropdown menu and select "other"
then select "something else"
then "next"
and then write your issue in the box and click "submit ticket"

you have now compromised your account:
create an email strictly for public mobile
change your name and address on your self serve account
don't use your personal email password for the pm website
don't use your cellphone number as a 2fa for banks, PayPal etc

@ali3azawi Very bad idea to post your phone numbers here, it is a public forum. Click the 3 dots top right of your message and select Edit to go back and remove the personal information. Then contact the moderators as I indicated above.

@ali3azawi There is no harm in leaving both data add ons in your account. They don't expire and will remain until all used up. If you really want one refunded you can ask a moderator if it's possible. Eplain the error of purchasing two add ons.
You can contact the mods one of 2 ways. Click the question mark bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;
or you can contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response);

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
