Hey guys,
Since the dynamic payment started now my payment dates are happening before the end of the month, when I signed up for my plan i made sure it happened a few days after the first of the month, this is now not the case. How can I fix this?
Thanks everyone

@tytanium00 yup, PM cycle is unique - 30 days, so nearly every month, the date of payment will change, so just need to carefully manage it yourself.

I guess I'll just have to manage it.
Thanks again.

If you tried to set it up so that it was a certain date like after a payday? You can add funds at any time so a thing I suggest is people put in half of their 30-day bill after each payday. The money sits in the account in Available funds and helps split the cost of the bill.

@tytanium00 you can't it's a 30 day plan cycle. Just make a manual payment a day before plan renewal if you have to.

@tytanium00 PM is on a 30 day cycle. So its impossible to have a set day. Deposit the funds on the 2nd day of the month and PM will take it when due. Keep in mind that there will be a month when 2 payments will be due. Stay safe.

Hi @tytanium00 ,
Public Mobile is a 30 day cycle, not monthly. So it is not always going to be on the same day of the month.
You could delay your next renewal for a few days by removing your credit card from autopay, or reporting your phone lost/stolen from your My Account then reactivate it on the day you want it to start up again....but you would loses services until then.
But then it would get out of sync again, just the way the 30 day cycle goes.
It works out to 12.17 payments in one calendar year.
