The payment system can be glitchty....it would not be unreasonable to ask for the extra 1gb data add on to be removed and be given a $15 credit on your account. But if you think that you will end up using it eventually then just leave it as is.
In future when you intend to make a change in your account such as a payment, a plan change or purchase an add on....follows this guideline to avoid error messages and glitches from occurring..

You have two of the add-on? You can keep it if it's not a roaming add-on until you use it. It stays on your account. Generally, no refunds, but you can ask a moderator for goodwill, but they might say no. Click on the chat bubble icon to send a ticket to the moderators.

both attempts of purchasing both data add ons. have now been applied to my account. only needed one. but now have two. thank you for your reply to help me. cheers

@ghostae :Can you login to your self serve and go to billing history and post screenshot of your billing history? Remember edit out your personal information.
That way can see what was applied or not.
