I doubt they give refunds.  You can just leave it on  the account for the next renewal.  I heard that credits for unknown reasons take weeks to process anyway. By the time they will do it, your next renewal will come anyway.

But, if you want it anyway, create a ticket through the chatbot lower right of your screen.
