Your company has charged me twice for the service. Please tell me when you will be able to refund my money.

A reminder that PM is on a 30 cycle so if is possible to be charged twice in one month. If your renewal date is at the beginning and end of the month. This is normal.

Just as a note, even if you were charged twice and your renewal is not the beginning or end of the month. The extra charge will remain in your account as credit so no money is lost. If money is tight, you can ask for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next renewal so why bother.

was it this month's renewal?  

please login My Account using Inocgnito/private/secret mode on your browser and check the payment history page, does it show PM charged twice?  And check the Available Funds on My Account, if PM charged you extra, the extra money will be there

or if you really have no clue where the money went, please  submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Just to add on to @Handy1 comments, you say "Your company has charged me twice for the service". 

Please note, these forums are all run by customers like you and not Public Mobile staff. So when you write in this forum, you are not writing to Public Mobile itself. I just want to make sure you are aware of that.

@OksanaK   You didn’t change plans  immediately by any chance did you ? Double check your credit card if one charge is just pending it should fall off  . Also check your available funds for the difference . But if both charges are posted then ask support to investigate for you
