Any overcharge will remain in your account as credit based on your latest plan you are on.
If you are referring to the $2 credit on AutoPay and referrals. PM switched all members to the Points Reward and everything is converted to points and no more $2 credit.

You didn’t change plans immediately by any chance did you ? Double check your credit card if one charge is just pending it should fall off . Also check your available funds for the difference . But if both charges are posted then ask support to investigate for you

Is the amount higher than expected or if your card being charged mulitiple times unexpetedly? Some customers are still unware of a change to the rewards system that caused the amount of discounts to be diminished for many customers.
