you'll need Customer Support to retrieve invoices from that far back. The best method to start that process is to click on the orange bubble on the bottom right side of the page.

There is an option that says "Custom". You will be able to select a date range by clicking on it. See the attached image for a visual example.

I am only able to access them from a 12 month period. I cannot see anything past that.

Hi,
To view your payments history, log in to your My Account, go to "Payments", click "Filters", then select "Custom" and select a custom date range from 2023.
