Need help from Public mobile agents, I switched 3 weeks and am still on a tempotary phoen number after trying twice to transfer my old phone number. Am i permanently on this new phone number now, since im assuming freedom closed my account? Please help. Thx

I'll send you the porting team number in the top right corner of this page. They can reinitiate the port request. Just make sure you have the FM SIM card in the phone to get the port request. Also make sure your FM account is still active. Once the port goes through, the account will auto close.
