Transferring from Freedom Mobile to Public Mobile, need help

Went through the transfer, Public says my subscription is active. However my "Primary" in my cellular tab on my phone still says Freedom Mobile. Would like to know what's going on here exactly? How do I finalize this?

no response after YES.

Once the port to Public Mobile is successful, your old account is deactivated automatically.

You should see Public Mobile listed as Primary when your account is provisioned and ready for use.

I see. I will wait an hour.

When I said YES to the Freedom text, was there supposed to be some response? I never received one.

Also do I need to contact Freedom at all to not get charged an extra payment with my current account?

Last question - when my "Primary" says Public Mobile, will that be it?

I also can't get into "My Account" at the top of this page. When the confirmation code is sent, it keeps sending me in a loop, not letting me into the portal, asking for the verification code every time.

it could take a few hrs for the port to successfully complete...usually less. Give it an hour and check again.

so when Freedom sent you a confirmation message did you reply YES within 90 mins ?
