Transfer Numbers from freedom to public mobile

Hey,

I requested to transfer my number from Freedom to public mobile, in the final step they mention I will receive confirmation SMS about the transfer and I should reply to this SMS put unfortunately I noticed the SMS in the next day so the response time was finished.

Can you resend the confirmation SMS again and so I can confirm the transferring.

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update, or re-trigger the porting process if needed  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
