I registered my new sim and paid so public mobile took my money but then it want finish my registration then I contacted your support who was no help
I want my money back so I can go back to place that have good customer service

Why don't you want to use the app? I can see if you have a phone that is not iOS or Android or are much older OS versions then sure the app won't work. But otherwise, use the app. Or get a friend to use the app on their phone.
I would be interested to hear back from you if support finished the sign up for you.

no worries. But can you report back if support agent able to help to complete the activation without you using the app? I think they can pick up from here, as the account was created already and already paid

we are just customers here trying to tell you all the trick
Submit support ticket with CS agent and ask them to help to complete the process. Just tell them you cannot use the app to complete it.. Submit by message them here

I started registering, I paid they took my money and then said to contact support to continue registering
Support said they cannot do anything to contact customer service

sorry, you cannot done the activation using the browser only. The current activation process need the app to complete,
However, as long as you have got via the payment section, I suspect you can have agent to help to complete it, so no app need. You can test it. Just submit ticket to agent and tell them account created and credit card charged, and ask them to pick a number for you to complete the activation process. Submit ticket here:

so I'm a bit confused as to why you marked the Solution. If you can answer a few of our questions..maybe we can help to get your account activated. Did you use the Public Mobile app to activate your new account ?
BTW, you can use the down arrow on top right side of the dialogue panel to edit out the Solution until you actually do get a solution to your issue.

hi @Mariamaha did you use the PM app on the phone to complete the registration after thr payment step?? if not, please download PM app on your phone and complete the subscription
