Your account is active. You might have just got a text from 611.
Is the phone you're using a used phone? Have a look at devicecheck.ca to rule that out.
Can you text in and out? Does cell data work?

your issue could be a problem with payment. Maybe the credit card decline the payment? maybe time to update CC and you forgot?
can you login My Account to check? Use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login

Also, another way to check your account status, from another phone , call .1-855-4PUBLIC, enter your phone number, the system will tell you if your account is suspended
