I am not receiving the email recovery link.  I am using the email address used in my purchase confirmation.

if you really cannot find any recovery email, please submit ticket

I am not using gmail.

there used to be chatbot ticket , faster

but chatbot ticket has not work for sometime, please message CS agent

Hi @Elle12 

If you're using Google's Gmail, check the Promotions tab and Social tab. Of course check spam folder too.

maybe you used a different email address to register?

Maybe you need to check spam folder?
