i still have no service… shld have been ported from virgin to public… chat no help at all and link to submit a tkt not working

even codes need to be requested twice! so annoying

HI @sheryn   since you have no service now, it is not a porting problem, but a sim setup problme

please submit ticket with agent at

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

When you ported over from Virgin, did you reply to the text with YES with the Virgin SIM in the phone?

If you didn’t then porting is incomplete. You will need a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you.

If you did, check for outages in your area:
