Hi,

Just a question, but is it possible to change my SIM card without having to change my number?

It is rare that anything will go wrong with a SIM.

It is either an outage in your area or a provisional issue with your SIM which a CS_Agent can fix for you.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

It wasn’t or lost it’s just I’m not able to make any calls or received calls

@rutthie_1  Yes you get new SIM card and do SIM card number swap in your my account , or get support to help once you have SIM card
