i currently have no service because they havent taken money out yet . it is due to renew today , money is in my account . i have now lost time at work because i cant use my phone . why do they do this

try to make a manual payment using this link
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
add enough money , then logoff from My Account, wait 5 mins and reboot your phone and see if service resumes

yes, multiple customers reported this issue today. Look like autopay wasn't working
Just login My account,click Pay and Resume services now to make a payment
