no rewards discount?

I never really pay attention but today I went and looked at my account and the new plans available. I payed my bill and looked at the invoice and didn't see any money taken off for my legacy rewards...

have a look at the following pics and if someone can explain whats going on, thanks.

@qcriderfan872  If you had overpayments was of $7!because you get $7 off every 30 days you means  have been with Public mobile for 6 years now at least 

add or your rewards were not paid out properly last month and PM fixed it with $7 credit that you clearly earn every 30 days

I believe the 14$ was because I had an overpayment last month

The math seems to be correct. But @Handy1 is right, check out other plans that are better and perhaps 90 plans my save you more too. The only thing I see wrong here....  you're a Riders fan. Sorry, nothing we can do about that. 🙂 🤣 😋

@qcriderfan872  So you get $7 off every 30 days for loyalty and auto pay congratulations 🙂 also note there’s 20GB for $39 plan 4G speed or opt in for 90 days and pay $102 with 60GB to use over 90 days works out to $34 a month and with your $7 rewards every 30 days you will only pay $27 a month average so end of that 90 days you have $21 in rewards to go against the $102 =$81 for 90 days .. just be sure to change plan for next renewal it’s the plan I’m on check it out and you get to keep old rewards too

there was discount.  You have a $40 plan, they gave you $14 discount and you are paying only $26+tax
