The physical SIM doesn't work in my other phone. Old activated SIM from TELUS works in my phone. The support agents claim that's not on their end. I expect my SIM cards that's 7 days old doesn't work. I buy an ESIM, install it successfully and still nothing. Those so called PM support agents are INSANELLY incompetent. Both of my problems since I've moved to Public took multiples DAYS to be ultimately unsolved by the ''HELP''. Figured the first one by purchasing a physical SIM and now that they apparently nuked it, I am at the mercy of the dumb ass support. 1 message every hour and it's just another technician trying to get information. I AM GOING NUTS.
