Dear Community,
I have internet on laptop but not on phone.
I have 760 Canada-wide long distance minutes left
and the original 100 minute Canada-wide talk is used up.
Do I need to purchase more Canada-wide talk? If so, how?

blush...I didn't have the correct wifi set up. Fixed it now and thanks for your help and so sorry to bother you all,

@Ellen49 you sound like you have the $15 plan. With that, you only has 250MB of data, that is not a lot and can easily be used up. Please login My Account again using Incognito mode to confirm if any data left. Could be you run out of tdata
With talk minute, you have trouble calling out? does incoming work?
With the 760 Canada wide minute left, you shouldn't need to buy more minutes, probably just device or network issue
Try to reboot your phone once and see if it works
Try to change the Preferred network or Network mode to 3G only and see if it worrks
