Hello Community Support,
I've been with Public Mobile for a number of years and have the $40/mo plan with 4GB of 4G LTE data support.
I've noticed that Public Mobile now provides this same plan price with 15GB of 4G LTE data support.
Is there any way of updating my present plan with 4GB of data to the new plan with 15GB of data?
If so, can you give me a clue how to make this update?
Thanks much in advance.

Yes - it's quite simple ---- you login to your account --->then click o CHANGE MY PLAN ------> then select the $40 4G with 15 GB --------> then select the plan change immediately or on next renewal -------> and confirm.
That's all there is to it ----

all you need to do is to login to My Account, go to Plan & addon page, click Change my plan and the scroll down using the yellow arrow to pick the $40 -15 GB plan from the 4G tab
You liklely want to schedule a plan change using "Change plan on renewal date" if you are not in need of the new data.
