If your porting attempt has been more than 12 hours, you probably have an incomplete port. Is your Chatr account active? Need to have an active account for porting.
You will need to contact moderator to complete port. Include the relevant information including Chatr account number, account holder name and phone number. Moderators are more busier than normal.

@Pinkgirlrules Porting is not immediate it takes up to 5 hours to complete. You need to wait or continue to use the chatr sim until it stops working.

You could try the lost/stolen phone trick. Where you log in to your self serve and report your phone lost, this will deactivate your sim and wait about 5 minutes and log back in and report it found, this will reactivate your sim and hopefully give it the kick it needs. Or you can send a private message to the moderators.
