My friend has just moved from Fido to Public Mobile. He is using an Iphone. He now get the message: no SIMM Available, intermittently. He has either to reboot or to unload the SIMM to made it work again. Does anybody know the solution for this problem. If this is the SIMM problem, will Public Mobile replace it for free. Thanks

Sim card rarely become defective, but possible. Might be also a phone issue.
You can try a different SIM card in his phone to see whether you get same message.
If SIM card issue, Public mobile may reimburse for new one. Or can send a new SIM card, but it can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

@tnh Can you try the SIM card in another phone to test ? But you can ask support if they will credit him for a new SIM card
