new sim tried to transfer to a number

I have a new sim and I tried to transfer a number I will not be able to transfer so I want to get a new number.

The problem is I cannot log in because I cannot get past:

To confirm it's you, enter the 6-digit code sent to. 

Because I am not recieving texts  because I could not transfer the number.

You can get the 2FA code sent to your email. Just click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and you will have options to send the code by text, calling or email.

you want to transfer you current number from old sim to new? ask PM to help.  You cannot open ticket with Chatbot but you can message them here
