We bought an Iphone 8 Plus last week. It arrived yesterday and we plugged it in to charge. After several hours we noticed that it wasn't charging, and the apple popped up on the screen periodically. We used the charging cable that came with the phone. We also checked the cable with another phone, so it isn't the cable. How do we return the phone and get a new one sent to us.

Try plug in again, it happened to my wife's iPhone 8 Plus once. After plug in again, it charged.
