You had them give me a new number until they can port my old number over in a few days but the new number still shows "not registered on network"

They could not port old number over and they they added a new number to the sim but it never worked?

Have you tried rebooting, resetting network settings or reinstalling SIM card? When were you porting your number over? Did you leave your old sim in your phone to receive the confirmation text to port your number over?
