need to update porting request

I got my sim today and requested a ported number from speakout. The request did not go through, speakout says i needed to append my 4-digit passcode to the number. how do I update the request?

I ported my Speakout number to PM and it took about 4 hours as I supplied all info needed by Speakout to release my number.  Refer to my thread for details.

Interesting that you supplied what is arguable more than what is required.  I wonder if only the phone number which is the account number was supplied would the port go through.  I do know that supply extra information will not hurt as long as the information is consistent and doesn't point to more than one account.
