Locked out of account

Hi.

I'm trying to reset my password and I've been locked out of my self serve account.  Please let me know how I can get my account unlocked.

I have exact same problem. Was unable to get access to self service. Was trying to recover password, but every time when I'm doing this recieving a error message.

Apparently there's a wait period of about an hour to try the password reset again after being unsuccessful.

If that's done then you'll need to contact the @Moderator_Team < Click this.

You can try the forgot password link or trying logging using incogntio mode.  If you still have problems, contact a moderator.
