Isnt there anyone there to  reply that I need my account suspended as of today...?

Are you looking to close the account permanently or just to put it on hold immediately? The only way for you to immediately put it on hold is to go to the profile tab and scroll all the way down and click the Report lost or stolen button, this will immediately put your account on hold until you take that off.

If you want your account completely closed today, you might be able to message customer service and request them to do so. Otherwise the other methods involve turning off auto payment or getting the credit card removed from the account but don’t suspend the account until the time remaining on your plan runs out and a payment isn’t made.

Unfortunately, there is no phone number to call or live chat with customer service agent.  You will need to submit a ticket to CSA help or directly private message CSA.  It does take a few hours to respond to your request.  

If you want, you can explain your situation in more detail.  The community members (customers like yourself) can offer advice and often can troubleshoot issues without need for CSA help.  

In your situation, are you on autopay or pre authorized payments?

You have to disable automatic subscription by logging Iin to your account under payments in order not to be billed again. After 90 days your account will be closed.
