You are the new customer, or the one who gave your referral code to a new customer?
IF the new customer, you'll see the $10 within about 72 hours in your available funds.
IF the existing customer, you'll see the referral credit on your NEXT renewal, and should show in your available funds in advance of the next renewal.
If these credits do not appear as expected, the NEW customer needs to reach out to customer support to provide the referral code and ensure it was entered correctly upon the activation.
