Website says its down March 4-5th but today is March 25, anyone having this issue? I tried to talk to people online it says all agents online but it makes me submit a ticket but i cant even do that.

Yes usually down most nights for upgrades. Incorrect dates for sure. Try again after 8am EST should be up and running again.
