i bought 3 sims. i made 3 plans.
one of the plans/sims stop to work.
we cant call or dial from that number.
i did authorized payments and they stop to take money and stop our service.
i want it to work again plz

@Diana10 Did you create all 3 plans the same day ? If so this can cause the credit card to think it’s fraud if more then one payment for the same amount is trying to be taking from card on the same renewal day . It’s best to create each account a day apart to avoid this from happening . You can also buy payment vouchers and load them *611 if in a hurry or get support to help

so, today or last couple days was the renewal date?
Automatic payment could fails for no reason. Please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode to login My Account and check if the account is showing suspended. There should be a button "Pay and resume services"., click it and make payment and resume service.

when you dial 611 from that phone..what does it say about plan status ?
