Most likely your phone is not really unlocked. Most of unlocked phones are actually unlockable after 90 days.

If the phone is from Canada Manufacturer or original provider must give you that code free of charge. Manufacturer is better place to look for it as most of customer service that work for the provider will tell you the phone is unlocked and they can't do anything about it. Sometimes they even tell you to talk to the new provider who wouldn't even have access to such information

Head over to manufacturer website (Canadian version) and if they have chat support you can have code in less than five minutes

What kind of phone you have

If the phone is from outside of Canada and you can't get manufacturer to give you the code ( in some countries they d don't have to do it) There are other services that buy those codes from manufacturers and they can do it for a fee

@0130

Can you type up the exact message you are getting

That will define what kind of puk code you need, there is more than one

@0130- There is no one on the forum that can send you the code.  However, if you elaborate on the specific message, and exactly here/when it pops up, someone can direct you properly as to how to get your problem resolved.

 HOW TO GET PUK CODE

@0130

As above: what is the exact error message you are getting? What phone do you have? Is this a new account?

If you are new to Public Mobile and your phone is asking for a "network PUK" or similar, it is locked to your previous provider and you have to contact them to get it unlocked. (Some manufacturers like Samsung also provide the information via chat)

What error message are you receiving?

Browser can keep it up to an hour in a session

Sometimes phone asks for puk, its often misleading as most of the time it's the phone that needs the code to allow sim access to network

If phone asks for code, try a phone that does work with Telus/Koodo/public, though can also walk into a store and asks to test it on a loaner

I believe sim codes are all 1234

Be careful not to enter wrong info too many times as you could brick the device/sim.

@0130, please elaborate further.  Without further explanation, I think of session locking a SIM card when attempting to activate an account.  If there are any glitches, you cannot retry for about one hour.
