I mobile keeps cutting off my calls while talking and also when caller calls me they cannot hear me, I only buy a phone Samsung S16 last year so it 's not my phone problem. Please fix this otherwise I am going to change my provider

try Reboot phone and click Reset Network Settings

Nobody from Public Mobile has replied to you here (Meow doen't work for Public Mobile and nobody else who has pariticpated in this message thread does either).  Please remember that this is primarily only a message forum to have discussions with other Public Mobile customers.  Unfortunately, other customers wouldn't be able to help fix service issues and can only offer advice. Members who do not work for Public Mobile posting messages in response to your comments and questions do not represent Public Mobile.

it's not old , it's a Samsung A16 phone, only bought is last yr

hi @s_methuram what phone do you have? 

if it is an old phone , it night not work on PM''s current VoLTE network

it might be a VoLTE issue. Here's some reading with a device checker at the bottom of the page. See if your cell is recognized as VoLTE certified for use with Public Mobile.

Open a ticket through chatbot and agent will assist you.

What area you are in? Maybe there is an outage there or some cell towers are off-line.

You are free to change providers at will. Nobody pays attention on threats...

Nobody from Public Mobile here. You have to create a ticket to get help. 

You can try to reset your Network settings within your phone. Or, place into Airplane mode for a minute and then turn it off. This will reconnect you to the service.
