  • I made a payment to renew my subscription for this month but I’m still on hold and the money has been debited for more than 24 hrs.

what’s the best way to resolve this.

Login My Account using browser with incognito mode first.  Check if money is stored as Available Funds.  If it is, click Lost Stolen to suspend the account.  Log off, Wait 5 mins and login again to remove the Lost Stolen and the system will use the Available Funds to complete the renewal

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

@Olakunle  Maybe try rebooting the phone first , also check that the money isn’t just sitting in your accounts available funds . If so you have to make manual payment with the available funds . If no available funds and payment had gone through and still no service ask support to fix and investigate what went wrong
