I have lots of free add-ons right now. I found a better plan for $1.00 less with more data and both Canadian and US minutes. Will I loose all the free all the free add-ons I have earned as a loyal customer

I have switched plans 5 times in 5 years. I still have all of mine. See...
Just know this. If you do get a Canada/US plan, when you call the US, you won't use any of these bonus minutes.

@old-Shirley The only add-on you will likely lose is the good will data that was given when legacy customers were switched to the new points system but those should be either expired by now or very close to it

@old-Shirley You won’t lose the holiday bonus data add ons , but you will possibly lose the expiring 150 day bonus data add on if your downgrade plan price
