This Canada-usa plan, can it be use in the us just like in canda? without any extra charge

Yes, it even works in Puerto Rico. You may need to manually select a different network carrier, such as T-Mobile

@Esd23   Yes.  The only difference could be if you don't have a VoLTE approved phone in which case voice calls in the USA can be problematic but data and texting should still work.  You may also need to drop to 4G/LTE instead of 5G for the best service in the USA.  But no extra charges.
