my data meter not working

my new cycle started 2 days ago, did not use data at all, and meter showing I consumed all my data since the first day of my plan.

can any one advise

I am having the same issue, it is saying I have used 12Gb of data, but when I got to the itemized usage is around 200MB, my phone got a text saying I was out of data and I have been cut off. My 3GB data add on has also been removed. I have no solutions, simply commenting to say you are not alone.

@amjadjadal hi try clearing your cache and cookies or try a different browser in private or incognito mode reboot your phone and see if your account clears up
