my credit card changed , how should I pay for my plan ?

Hello , my monthly plan being hold for now , it is ended yesterday due to my credit info need to be updated. 

now I can't pay for it , and the system do not allow me to update my credit card information. please advise how should I do in order to update my new credit card info to pay it .

when I went to my account try to update to new credit card info, the system do not allow me to enter the card number etc.

Update your CC through My Account.
Make manual payment and service should restart shortly. If it does not there should be a button 'restart service' so click on it.
If your browser on computer has no any special settigns updating card should NOT be a problem.

@aly1  You may need to wait full 24 hours before trying agin and try incognito / private mode can try the app instead also

updating credit card could be trouble

you can try update again using browser with Incognito mode and the PM app

if you still cannot update the card, get a voucher from stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, then load the voucher via *611 or via My account.  Pay like this for this month and try updating the card in couple days
