Hi,

I read about the $20/3gig plan but I can't see it in my account. How come?

Ok I just found out that the $20/3gig plan is still available to specific customers in their account/app. It's fine if an agent declines the request or is unable to switch the plan for me but they should have clarified that it's only available to select customers instead of saying it doesn't exist.

There s also 50GB $35 plan 4G not 5G but I think you want something better then your $34 50GB plan so keep fingers crossed 🤞 Black Friday / Xmas 🎅 deals ARE comming ho ho ho

yes, most community members agree and confirm PM support agents wont help with plan change request like this

we don't know what Black Friday deals we will get. But a current good deal is the $36-50GB Canada US plan.   Or check again your My Account often and see what good plans available to you

@hockeytalk  SMS offers are random targeted offers , but just keep checking the website from now until the end of next month for Black Friday deals , not only that but then the following month x mas / Boxing Day we see good plan pop also . So just stay tuned the better plans will come .

I figured out how to contact an agent. They said there is no longer a $20/3gig plan available. It was worth a shot.

What date is Black Friday this year? Maybe I will luck out and Public Mobile will offer it again? Or the agent mentioned a SMS offer?

@slusagm  Your probably right and with our luck the good plans will just be for new activations anyways LOL

good idea, but Black Friday deals usually not in the $20 range.  You will expect some good deals in the $30 or $40 range 

@hockeytalk  Try to hang in there for another month come Black Friday sales next month , we should see better plans for all  🤞 

the app an web page would show the same plans, saying they show different ones is a lie

if you don't see the plan you want at this time, sorry, you have to wait

I've tried both online and in the app and both list the same options. I guess it's too late anyways now.

that plan is not bad, yes, $2 more if you choose 90 days, but you get more data back

So are you checking on the website or phone app? Cause sometimes the phone app shows offers the website won't.....

surprised you don't see that plan even you have a $19 plan

yes, the current plan offerings is very controversial, but it is what it is, nothing much we can do

$23/6gig or $22 with 90 day plan

hi @hockeytalk some people tried asking support agent to help to change plan bit they all got declined 

So, maybe you have to wait for the good one to come 

what is the cheapest ola you see on your Change Subscription page?

hi @hockeytalk what plan do you have now?  Unfortunately, not everyone has the same deals.  The $20 3GB plan looks like only being offered to the $15 subscribers

Very simple. Your plan is currently MORE than $20. Only customers on $15 to $20 plans will only see this plan.
