I just bought a new iPhone. I want to transfer my eSIM to new phone. When I login to my account and try to go to my Account, it is not giving me that option and giving me a message to activate my account. I think my account is stuck somewhere and not giving me the main menu after logging in

@pkg1 you can’t transfer eSIM you need to log into your account on the new phone and rebuy esim the system should detect you already have esim and credit you the $ back on checkout . If you can’t log in then get support to help you

hi @pkg1 the option means it cannot find your account. Please ask PM support to sort it out
